Welcome to Health Junction

Health Junction is an innovative and dynamic community interest company (CIC) based in Liverpool. We are a social enterprise business with social objectives working in partnership with Public Health and the Clinical Commissioning Groups throughout the UK.

Helping You Along Your Journey

We are committed to improving people's experience of healthcare services and interventions. We facilitate the input of people with lived experience to help us understand everyday issues and design fit-for-purpose services. By embedding co-production and co-design at the core of what we do we are more effective at meeting the needs of a wide range of people.

Our Impact

There has been lots of benefits to this course as I’m newly diagnosed. Once I got into the programme I was interested in listening to other people’s stories.

The pharmacist explained everything. I felt I had something in common with everyone else. I found the venue easy to get to and the people are very nice here.

Occupational Health Participant of Breeze COPD

The Breeze programme has been specifically designed to complement the already excellent support that COPD patients receive in Wirral to help them manage their condition, give them the best possible quality of life and reduce the possibility of them needing to access emergency medical attention
